Whether you’re a new-comer or long-time rider, you’ll be challenged and you’ll be proud of what you can conquer mentally and physically. - Holly
At age 6, I became a competitive swimmer. At 14, I stopped.

At age 15 to 37, I relaxed.

At 38, I became a runner and at 40, ran a 1/2 marathon.

When I turned 50, I sat on a spin bike for the first time and really regretted it … until 30 seconds into the workout. Thanks Andrea Strano!

And at age 53, with great energy, enthusiasm, and joy, I am a Schwinn®-Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor.

When asked why I went for my certification, it really comes down to knowing that I can kindly and compassionately encourage those women and men who hesitate to achieve a higher level of fitness because they’ve told themselves, for whatever reason, that it’s out of their reach. If you are one of these people, I hope that when I say, “But I’m exactly like you,” you will realize that my teaching philosophy is welcoming, understanding, reflective, and encouraging. It also provides a workout for people with varying fitness levels, so whether you’re a new-comer or long-time rider, you’ll be challenged and you’ll be proud of what you can conquer mentally and physically.

I’ll help your mind and body become good friends. It’s the only way you’ll become stronger, more confident, and more tenacious than your younger self ever was!
